LDRC is a non-profit, 501(c)6 corporation whose role is to promote businesses in Downtown Laurinburg and manage revitilization of Downtown Laurinburg. LDRC's mission is to maintain and develop downtown Laurinburg as the historic, social, and economic center of the community.Our ultimate goal is to foster an enviroment that supports the development of Downtown Laurinburg's core business district while encouraging community involvment.

    LDRC was incorporated in 1988 and is supported by the implentation of a municipal tax district matching city funds. LDRC works to enhance the physical apperance of historic buildings through yearly facade grants and markets the assets of our unique downtown to local citizens, visitors, and potential investrs and business owners by hosting special events.

The LDRC office is located on 102 North Main Street. Hours are from 8:30-12:30 M-F
